Area Residential Care (ARC) is now hiring an organized, determined, and detail-orientated individual for our QA Assistant opening. Area Residential Care has been around for over 50 years providing services for adults with intellectual disabilities. The QA Assistant will play a role in providing the best care for our individuals and will ensure they are getting the best possible treatment at ARC.
A highly qualified QA Assistant candidate will have:
The QA Assistant will be responsible for providing daily audits of contact notes that are submitted by staff. They must pay attention to detail by checking the accuracy and completion of the notes, along with working one on one with staff to improve the quality of the notes. The QA Assistant will also conduct quality assurance checks on meal plans, drills, and environmental safety inspections in the agency’s residential homes. There will be other administrative tasks assigned to the QA Assistant as well.
Schedule: Typically M- F 8am - 4:30pm, but must be flexible to address additional needs of staff.
Wage : 15.77-16.53
